WordLily - This sweater was the last thing I bought before instating my natural fibers rule. It's really not doing a good job convincing me I was wrong.
Stephanie - I have only ever washed this inside-out, in a garment bag, line-dried, so I can categorically say that it does not make a difference. The color on the gold version is sort of a melange, though, and that does help disguise the pilling some.
shevia - Fall colors with plaid are a sure happiness formula for me!
Jeanie - Thanks. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but I find it one of the only ways I can wear yellow.
Brooklyn - Good point about oversized + skinnies! Also, thank you for cheerleading me through the Frye break-in period. They're quickly becoming favorites.
Lyn - Plaid and oxfords are a pretty classic combination, but I'm hoping the moto-styled sweater throws it for a loop. The bag is definitely more teal than cobalt. Cobalt is lovely on my kitchenware, but less lovely in my closet.
Style Fan - ModCloth can be incredibly frustrating for me, because they have so many styles I love, and so much synthetic fabric. Grrrr.
Beth Ann - I really like that about the shoes too. Makes them feel less precious, which is good for my RATE tendencies.
Alassë - Right back atcha!
Tania - Oh yes! Colorado has more mixed/evergreen forests than the lovely deciduous woods of New England, but I happen to live on a maple-lined street, and these colors blend right in.
Suz - Thanks! That teal bag is seeing a renaissance in wear for me.
