Hi Ladies!

I am so excited to be back on the forum after a lengthy time away. Also, I decided to be brave and post a WIW. As a MOTG, I am an older-than-average mom with littles still in elementary school, one at middle school, one at high school, and one away at University. They keep me young-at-heart!

As far as my fledging style goes, I love low contrast, long over lean, comfortable clothes with a classic vibe, and black & navy together.

Here is my outfit today:

Scarf: Etsy, upcycled
Turtleneck: Vince Perfect T-neck
Sweater Topper: Nordstrom (ink with black leather zippers & patches)
Pants: NYDJ Ponte (an Angie's pick)
Boots: Frye Mellssa Back Button boot

Thanks for the nice replies, ladies! Ornelia, it's an infinity scarf made out of a variety of material from old clothing. I asked the Esty crafter to make it with blues and blacks....and this is what she came up with.... I will most like fluff it up and wear it as with my outerwear when the time comes....which won't be long now in North Dakota.

Here's an up close shot of the scarf....it really adds texture and interest to the outfit which is not seen above. I thought she did a great job!

I really like the sweater topper. I'm a big fan of zip detailing. Lovely scarf to. Very chic and casual.

It's a one size fits all.....so the comments read that it does not fit everyone. I'm 5'7" and it's a bit big on me, but perfect for feeling cozy at home and running errands.
