WIW: More polka dots - YouLookFab Forum

In comparison to yesterday, these polka dots are much more sedate! I'm wearing my new silk blend polka dot with ruffle front blousethat I thrifted a couple of weeks ago. Ruffles aren't everyone's cuppa so look away if you don't like them! I've paired the blouse with my espresso Esprit trousers, my Pura Lopez sandal booties and topped it all with my peachy-pink cropped jacket. I've added my vintage Cartier handbag and oversized watch for accessories.

I'm liking the peachy-pink with brown - what do you think? How are the proportions in this outfit? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

Thanks ladies - the pants do look kinda black in the photo - sorry 'bout that. They are an extremely dark chocolate and in fact when I bought them, I thought they were black until I got them home!

Pink + brown = fab! And it's kind of like a tonal look, too, since very dark burgundy is practically brown. I'm not a dotty gal, but I adore them all on you - that vintage flair suits you so well.

I was obsessed with pink and brown a while back (really, ask my DH) so this is a trusted favorite of mine. I can't make out the little ruffle on the blouse but I am sure it combines sweetly with the dots and colors to make a sartorial confection of goodness.

Pink and brown were the colors of a little ice cream shop we used to go to - it was so sweet and lovely!

Very pretty color combo! Pink and brown always feel quite retro to me for some reason, and you carry this combo to perfection. LOVE the burgundy bag with this outfit especially since much of the rest of it is a bit more match so this is a bit unexpected.
