I'm trying a new-to-me top silhouette - tank tops. I cut off the sleeves and am quite liking the fresh look. #7 felt a little Astrid to me (she's a style inspiration, too).

I can't resist a polka dot! And I just love in you dresses, so 1 & 5 are my very favourites. I like your hat in 4 a lot & you definitely look good in a tank top. I would love to see a shorter cardi in 7, so that the semituck/belt buckle is still shown off, perhaps as a variation for the future. If you have one of course! Oh and I love the v neck on your tee in 2: something about it with the updo echoes your face so gracefully.

Thank you for your detailed comment, Eva! The hat is my birthday present, so I got special permission to wear it on our zoo outing. That's an interesting thought about v-neck + updo, too.

I don't ordinarily wear cardigans with short shorts, but I did because of the AC at one point and photographed that variation for fun. I do have a shorter cardi - the cream one you've seen before; I was just amusing myself with tonal green. I don't like too many colors in one outfit, but cream would probably be fine. I always enjoy your helpful comments.
