Thanks for the top love, Fabbers! Highly recommend!
@slimcat: Thanks! I trimmed my bangs--just a bit. I resisted the urge to “even” them out. I just cut into them vertically to get rid of the pieces that were jabbing me in the eye.
@Gigi: Thank you! Fingers crossed for you. I’m wearing my old Dansko Maci slides. I think they still make this style?
@Lisa: Thanks! I’ve struggled to make the 501s work. The button fly and thick denim makes them kind of bulky through the middle--they really need a fitted or cropped top.
@Susan: Yes, I wore it on a warm day and was fine in the office. I thinks it’s breathable.
@Jenn: Me too! I loved those SP tops. Wore them to death.
@Bijou: Thank you! I love the print--wasn’t sure how it would look on but I took a gamble. Sometimes these bigger prints work better than the small ones to kind of camouflage a broad shoulder line.
@synne: Thanks!
@Staysfit: Thank you. The top is not sheer in the print. I’m actually wearing a hot pink bra in this and you can’t even tell. It might be sheer in the solid--but not in this print. Nothing built in either.
@nemosmom: Yes, a unicorn for sure!! Well put!
@suntiger and preppy pear: Thanks!!
@janet: Thanks! I wouldn’t consider this clingy. I didn’t have to fuss with it at all. Sometimes these tops ride up but this one stayed put. I’m not sure how it would work with lower rise jeans--whether it would stay down but it was perfect for the application. FWIW, I could see you in this print. I think the dark background would be perfect for your coloring.
@Fashioncanons: Thanks! These jeans are BF fit--if they were any tighter, I wouldn’t be able to sit down for any length of time. I like looser jeans for warmer weather so they work for me. I think that slimmer jeans could work too--or a tube skirt. That was my next pairing.
@TG: Thanks! I actually blew it out a bit. It cooperates every once in awhile.
@Catherine: Thank you! I think you always look immaculate!
