Happy Friday guys!
Hi ! It's been years since I've posted an ootd. Instead of dithering, Im just jumping back in feet first. I hope posting will make me accountable, keep me from becoming frumpy, and keep/make me stylish.
As of this year, I feel my style has been all over the place. I've done a lot of late/middle of the night online shopping while nursing the baby and then I just wear the result. Lol.
I got this blouse back in January during a clearance sale. At the time I felt it was a bit "much" but after reading Angie's Fall/Winter trends, I figure it could fit in the maximal trend. And since I'm going maximal, let's go all the way w red pants too. I'm tall and plus size so it's a lot of red.
Pants are an awkward length so they are hastily folded under abt an inch or so to look more intentional. They are ponte. The jacket was given to me by a friend cleaning out her closet after a major weightloss. It's not a great fit but good enough for this chilly 50° morning. (It does zip up, if you saw my Moto vs military thread)
My little guy is 9months and very clingy today.
Does this outfit "work"? Is it current and stylish? What would you change?
