Here are two reasonably maximal outfits I wore this week for Angie's challenge. As seems to be the case with my wardrobe, the toppers are really the maximal pieces, while the rest of the ensembles are just basic items.

Outfit 1:
Eggplant velvet blazer, cream silk blouse, black jeans, taupe oxfords, two necklaces and a leopard cuff

I'm still not 100% on whether to keep this blazer, which was my mom's. The fit isn't perfectly perfect on me. But it's purple velvet!

Outfit 2: Fur vest, black linen tee over tank, sequined silk kimono (worn as a scarf), cropped jeans, ballet flats.

Probably should have worn booties with this one, but they were the only shoes (besides slippers) that I brought on my trip this past weekend, and I just couldn't bear to put them on my feet again. Ballet flats were an easy on-off option for a day spent mostly at home. Sorry for the terrible photo quality. Light was bad both outside and in this morning.
