I'm about to make some Chia seed energy snack ball thingies, and didn't want to do a ponytail to keep my hair out of the food. So I grabbed my lunch lady hat and got my hair tucked away. Once I had done that, an apron just seemed to fit the occasion, so I decided to roll with it. Now I am a dystopian minimalist lunch lady. I feel delightfully ridiculous and wish you were all here to help me decide what to include in the snack balls besides the obvious: peanut butter, oats, Chia seeds, darkitchen chocolate, and whatever else seems like it would be good in them.
