~ Another one in what's becoming a series of "Greetings from Germany" posts
My plan to get a bike after we return from our holiday became reality a lot sooner than expected! Yesterday, a family we met at the playground and have already gotten very friendly with had offered me their spare, old bike so I can have time to look for a more suitable one without any pressures or time constraints. How great is that
And since this is the most bike-friendly place on Earth, or at least I think so, even though to start with I was a bit hesitant to cycle amongst cars and traffic in general, I have spent a whole day today cycling around, happy with my new-found mobility and freedom. Not to mention fitness benefits...
Anyway, this calls for the whole new style challenges, and I think my generous collection of scarves will be very, very useful.
As it was a mild autumn day today, I only needed few layers, namely long-sleeved tee and new* oversized hot pink sweater, scarf for warmth and some pattern mixing (with tee's stripes), big silver bracelet to add a bit more pizzazz, skinnies (of course) and my new** buttery-soft ultra-comfortable flat Mary Janes.
* and ** - yes, I know I've said I'll be on SYC until the end of this year, but the reality is that it's turning into SYN (Shop Your Needs) because I'm discovering more wardrobes holes as I'm heading into my first continental A/W after a long time while leading completely different lifestyle than before. More about that in separate post.
