Y'all are makin' me blush, ladies! What lovely, lovely comments. I'm one of those people who has a very strong desire to have fun with my clothes... but I have a really hard time deciding what's dressy versus too casual, and I'm never quite sure if it works as well as I hope it does. My internal compass feels a bit off true North, if you will, so I'm always second-guessing myself - so feedback is super valuable to me, because then I can file it under "other people think this worked: instinct was spot on!" or "whoa, this was not ideal. Incorporate feedback and try again." I'm working on building enough of a backlog of "this works, this doesn't" and what my go-tos are visually so I can verbalise/ analyse my style direction/ concepts more clearly for myself.
And thanks for the lovely personal comments as well. I'm very fortunate to work in a place that allows me to have such an "exotic" head suit
