WIW leather shirt and a new bag

Hi friends!
Just wanted to share a quick WIW. I am wearing the new bag I decided to keep after so many positive responses from you.
Excuse the bad bathroom pictures - I was wearing this outfit to work today and there is no full length mirror anywhere.
I am wearing:
- new bag from Aigner - very dark brown
- beige/cream leather shirt from Riani, worn as a jacket
- silk floral scarf from Ferragamo
- black top from Betty Barclay and black trousers from Escada
- black sneakers (not in the picture)

I have had this leather shirt for two years and I love wearing it. I typically wear it like this - open as a jacket over a column of black or navy with various scarves. This is a typical look for me I like wearing. I have similar unlined leather jackets in cognac and black, also frequently worn.

And highlights another reason to keep the bag, being mostly textile it adds some lightness to your outfit that more leather might not.

The leather shirt is beautiful on you this way! It's like a cardigan but more polished. Easier than a blazer, but still structured. What a fantastic idea. It had not occurred to me to try this but I might keep my eye open for one that I could use in a similar way.

Suz, you are right, it is like a cardigan. I haven’t thought of it that way, but absolutely. I do not wear cardigans very much, so these shirts are my cardis.
