Synne, I assume you're talking about the boots in #3? I was so self-conscious about them when I first bought them, but I figured if I can't wear cowboy boots when I live in the western US, who can?
Stagiaire Fash, our weather has been all over, from overnight lows in the upper 30s to afternoon highs nearing 90. I usually take my pics first thing in the morning when temps are in the 40s-50s and lose layers as the day progresses.
The new dress is the knit. It's definitely easier to wear than the old one, but also feels less polished
Vildy and runcarla, I love that everyone is picking different favorites, but the pattern mixing seems to strike a chord!
Joy, I think dusters are signature for me!
Mary Beth, my favorite tee!
Thank you, Jenna! I'm always remixing a lot of the same pieces...I'm actually surprised that I didn't have to edit out any full repeats!
Suz, yes! Always refining! And you're right in intuiting that the new dress is a hedge against the other wearing out. It's been worn 22 times now, and I hope to get quite a bit more wear out of it, but it's not going to last forever!
Angie, it is fascinating to me how, even though the pattern mixing felt a bit loud and uncomfortably bold at first, it has so quickly become second nature.
rachylou, I really love that sweater with that blouse. It's a happy combination for me too.
