I also love all the outfits my favorites are #3 and #5. I love the color of the first cardigan, the BCBG jacket is perfect and of course the famous Halogen top . Someone posted that the Halogen sweater (last post) was itchy. I was about to order and had second thoughts. What do you think?

*jumping up and down with excitement*

You did it, Sarah!!! For years you've battled with boots and skinnes and look at you now. My word! You win the next YLF award and you score a KILLER rating for your entire week.

Very proud of you

Congratulations, Sarah! I am so happy for you - you deserve every single word of Angie's comment and the YLF title award (plus the KILLER score of course).
You simply have an amazing style so obviously you look amazing altogether in everything (every single piece) you wear (or is it the other way around? you look amazing because you have an amazing style? Nah, you own it - not the other way around so... OMG, I made myself confused! how about: YOU and YOUR style ARE AMAZING? Fair enough?

The hair! The boots! The skirts! The fab tops! It's just one killer ensemble after the next. No. 3 blows me away. Oh, how I wish I had purchased that skirt. You have found your fashion groove, there's no doubt about it.

I like every outfit!!!!! FAB!!!!!!!!!!

I want to be your style twin. GORGEOUS.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! I luv the first one because it's such a fun casual chic look. I hope you are not tired of hearing this, but you rock pencil skirts!

Great week!

Sarah, you look absolutely dazzling in purple, and I'm crazy about your outfits with knee high boots and pencil skirts.

If you don't mind, could you please share the brand/style of the boots in the last picture? They are SO pretty.

I am soooo impressed! You look great in each one of these outfits! I especially like #s 1 and 3. - and am envious of the many different ways you can style your hair. FABulous week!

You really have your style down pat. And I am amazed how much use that green skirt is getting. That is a piece I would have 100% passed by in the store but after seeing how you work it, I realize I have to reconsider colored skirts in the future.

Laura is right. You look like a model. Like Angie I am very excited to see you wearing tall boots. I'm enjoying those wedge boots as much as if I had them myself. And lucky me got to see you in all of your fabness on Fri.

Eesh, my finger is sore from clicking all those "boosts"! You are all so kind.
Angie, I would never have tried those boots if you hadn't suggested them. So thank you, thank you. And yes. I've conquored boots and skinny jeans. Harrah!
Reneeb, the Halogen sweater is from NAS. I wore a cami under it, and have not experienced any itching at all.
Kari, those boots are by Halogen at Nordstrom. http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/31.....ltback=103
They also come in black, and I hope to duplicate. FYI I usually wear a 7.5 zip boot and an 8 pull on style boot, but these I got in a 7. So size down.
Lisa, that green skirt is a wardrobe workhorse for me. I would have completely passed it up too. In fact, I'd grabbed the purple one, and the personal shopper I was working with really encouraged me to go for something different. I'm so glad I did!
Thanks, Patience. It's always fun to see you and get in-person comments.

Thanks, Sarah. I appreciate you replying to my question about the boots. I suppose I should have looked at your blog for details - sorry! (Oddly enough, your blog won't open for me today.)
The boots are lovely, and they look much lower when you wear them than they do on the website. I'd be tempted, but I'm wary of 3+" heels - my feet are having trouble tolerating them within the last year. You look so fantastic in yours, and I'm glad to hear that your boots issues are solved for now.

I was thinking about these as a pretty black, flat stretch boot style that would be sleek enough to wear with skirts, but according to the measurements they wouldn't be large enough to fit a larger-than-average calf. Story of my life!

Kari, I'm moving (blogs) today! You can now find me at http://www.thedailysophisticate.blogspot.com. I'll post a more public announcement once things are final.
Try the Halogen boots. I wear high heels almost every day of the week, and these feel "low" to me. There is no platform in the boot. I've worn them twice now, once to church where I stand for about 2 hours (including rehearsals) and had no discomfort.

Late to the party but yes, you looked great every day! Especially fond of #2 and 5, and will throw some love toward #4 as once the hem length is worked out it will be an interesting play of colors.

[Also marveling about the different-but-always-perfect hair, ha!]
