I'm overwhelmed of the positive input because these where days in dressing limbo.
I bought the trousers as one of my first after a long SAHM period. Last summer, I didn't wear them often, so I thought I'd give it a try when temp got warmer and I wanted something lighter than jeans. And I've been struggling a bit with the M Kors top because it is so "flowing". I realized I just had to wait until temperature got up so I could wear it without a cami
The lining of the jacket is almost better than the jacket itself! (although I'm out of my comfort zone with animal print) and I havn't worn it that often because I didn't know what to pair it with. (And I don't like getting cold on my forearms). I was very happy with this outfit and the restyling to MOTG - a 10 on the happy scale
@Inge: Thank you for noticing the sparkling - I didn't think that, but I can see it clearly now.
@sarah: How funny you almost bought the same top! I got it 50% off last summer. Be patient, I'm sure there will be other great tops crossing your path
@Jenava: Thank you! The shoes are actually sparkling Toms, not oxfords, but I can see that oxfords would have been great too. I fully understand your suggestion on wearing a slip, but the sunlight from behind is making the skirt far more transparent than it is in RL. I don't think it is a problem, but I'll check for sure the next time I'll be wearing it
@shevia: Thank you so much!
@Angie: I'm overwhelmingly happy you approved of these outfits! The K-word is just fantastic I have noticed Diana's great outfits and it's enjoyable that you see us resonating style wise. Suz also mentioned Diana as an inspiration for me in another post http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....steps-long
What would you say are the differences between our styles? I'm not quite sure, but I think Diana's style might be slightly more artsy and flowing? Very fun, always a surprise element, flowing combined with rougher elements like leather boots, layers, different structures..
