WIW: Lady a little BA

Here's a weekend look experimenting with my Lady BadArse persona. I put together a basic skinny pants, denim shirt, puffer vest and added leopard pumps and sparkly bangles for more Ladylike elements. I just bought this purse in November and its interesting how it combines Lady and BA as well. Suggestions on how to amplify this look are welcome!

I did a bit of spring reconnoitering today at Nordstrom and I'm excited about how the keys of Mod, Lady and BadArse are making it easier to edit what's in stores.

I like your Lady BA persona! Oversize scarf, studded bag, yes, yes! My only suggestion for improvement would be different footwear. Leopard pumps are not bad here but I would see something a bit tougher like higher heels or booties.

OMG! This is fab Nadya - one of my favourite outfits of yours. Love the leopard footwear and the burgundy studded bag - they add great texture and visual interest to the outfit.

Thanks, everyone, for your help as I play with this. And for those of you suggesting boots- I did consider black boots, but was tipped to pumps because they're easier to take on and off while shopping.

This is fantastic, Nayda! The bag really seals the deal. The studs provide the perfect amount of BA to an otherwise classic casual outfit. Boots would be another great option, but they really can be a pain when shopping. That makes total sense.

Katiepea, LOL! And I read, lady do your "BA" (in French: "Bonne Action" - good deed). Turns out what was meant was quite the opposite spirit!

Still in love with the outfit, Nadya. Today I am noticing the puff vest, and that is also a "BA" piece that works very nicely here.
