Dear Fabbers, we are having a lovely time away. We are on a three trip to Jakarta for a wedding and a four day trip to Singapore, and are on our last full day.
Our friends wedding was amazing, really wonderful and I am so happy we were able to join them. There were over 750 people for part of the evening. Singapore has been super too. The history is fascinating.
To the wedding i wore a kabaya and batik skirt. The kabaya is wonderful and I will wear in the UK for smart dinners. The brides immediate family kind of first cousins I think, generally wore pink and I am amongst them in a photo below.
Other pictures are from both places, including some art from the National Gallery of Singapore and some on our various walks around and about. I hadn’t realised that peanuts grew beneath ground. The tower block is the largest social housing in Singapore. And I went window shopping and saw this outfit for Rachylou. Thank you for looking.
