Everyone who attended SSIF has shared the magic and beauty of the weekend. Angie's meticulous and yet easygoing agenda made our time together sweet and effortless. It's her uncanny way of reading people inside and out and managing all personality types. That's both an amazing feat and an extraordinary gift.

Meeting Inge IRL was indescribable and her stunning beauty, ladylike softness and superb style were beautiful to behold. Add to this the kind and caring nature of both of these ladies, and I feel grateful to know them.

Then, there's Greg. What can I say, except that I know what I like about him so much. It's his wonderful sense of humor and easy laughter that I connect with and found so relatable. There are so many things to love about this YLF trio!!!

These same qualities crossed over to everyone I met during the weekend and there was a climate of openness and trust that permeated the weekend.

From the time I stepped off the plane, I was with "my people," as I met up with Debbie, bj1111(Ruth) and Sveta and we sailed to Seattle in our awaiting Town Car.

Thank you to the locals who watched over us and treated us so fabulously (Aida, Annagybe, Dashielle/Ann, Kari and others). Hugs to my roommates, Deb and Sveta, for a few glorious days of sharing.

Meeting the Portland contingent was awesome and I enjoyed a great breakfast conversation with Ambergreen/Suzanne and Rabbit/Kate and Seattleite Christy. I just wish I'd had more time to visit with so many others rather than a brief "hello."

It's funny, but AFTER my Seattle weekend, I decided to soften my makeup and went back to a neutral eye color palette and a berry lip liner, rather than the darker nude I was wearing. I also started putting my hair behind my ears and sweeping my bangs to the side. It's interesting what a weekend away and a weekend with others will do to create change.

I wanted a little red in my life today, so I wore this pretty Ann Taylor red sweater set I've had for several years and paired it with my black J. Brand jeans, white belt and black and white Okalas.

This outfit gives me a great happiness factor and after a doctor's appointment, I'll wear this to a sushi dinner. Two other photos from earlier in the week with my striped Banana Republic blazer, black Leith pants and an old cream top that is no longer with me as I caught the top on the door handle in my bedroom and tore a hole in it. Oh, well, that's a literal wardrobe hole that needs to be filled. Wishing you all a happy weekend. I'll be back to put captions on my photos after dinner. ^_^

Thank you for taking a look and I welcome any suggestions.
