WIW: Inspired by Lace and Denim

p.s. I'm a bit uncomfortable saying this, but, hey, what the heck, I received two unsolicited compliments today: one from a Sephora SA on my H&M top and then when I was at Anthropologie buying some cool reading glasses, another SA said she loved my "entire" outfit. Not bad!

Firstly thanks for the link. I enjoyed reading this. Age appropriate dressing, etc has been playing on my mind a great deal recently.

Secondly you look fabulous. I like the length of the sleeve on the lace top and the boots are so cute.

Vicki in the 70's there was a very popular pop song called "Denim and Lace" and now I cant get it out of my head lol.

People who have not met Vicki: just know she is just as lovely and sparkling IRL as in these photos. These booties were a personal favorite of mine this weekend and she wore them like no one's business. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate her style and verve and general down-to-earth elegance. SERIOUSLY.
