I have been neglecting these boots because of some figure-flattery concerns but if I wear them with exactly the right skinnies, I feel better.

Thought I'd wear my Burberry today too as we're having very Seattle-like weather. My scarf is the polar opposite of Anna's -- a cheapie from Target! I don't usually wear gold but I love this print so much I couldn't resist.

I'm working at the radio station today so it's possible fewer people will see me than saw Anna at the grocery store!

You have a teal Burberry????? Absolutely perfect on you! Love this entire outfit. Those boots are very flattering - and I'm a Target scarf "groupie." I always find one that I like! Have a good show! (or, is it "break a leg?" - or, what is the radio lingo for wishing someone to do well on their radio show????)

Marley, this trench was a NYC find while I was there for a YLF meetup, but I found it while I was shopping alone in Bloomies, before I met up with Angie and the ladies -- YLF shopping karma was in full force! It was the only teal trench on a full rack of black ones, and I thought, "No way will that be my size." Totally lucked out -- it was even on sale!

"Have a good show" totally works for me. Thank you!

The boot thing is weird -- if I don't wear thick, truly skinny/tight-on-the-leg jeans, the boots stop at a point that highlights the fact that I have a stubborn little bit of pudge right above the inner knee that does not go away, no matter how much running I do. These jeggings do the trick of holding in that little pudge pretty well.
