I was inspired by Aida's this post. I really loved how she combined the plaid pants with a boxy white blouse and shoes. The black clutch ties everything together and echos the black lines on her sleeves. I had an aha moment and realized I could do it ... not boxy though So here's my version.
I am wearing my blue plaid pants (Mango), animal self print blouse with leather look trims (F&F) and white pointy toe ballet flats (local cheapie). I carried my black studded tote (Steve Madden) instead of the clutch to lug around kiddie stuff as always. I also wore black earrings which I forgot to take pics of. Boo!
I was comfortable running errands with the kids and DH in this. And it was perfect for the 34C weather. Although I froze in the arctic air condition inside the supermarket. You can't win them all!
