Boston got around 2 feet of snow from the big blizzard this weekend, but now we are digging out and going back to work. There are still big mountains of snow and lots of slush all over the sidewalks though, so it will be snow boots for a couple more days at least. Here is what I wore to work today - went for cozy with a thick handknit cardi, tall socks, and of course my Sorels. Also inadvertently did a bunch of serious pattern mixing with my three different fair isle patterns in hat, cowl, and mittens!

Bonus photos from right after the snowstorm on Saturday. #3 was an enormous pile of snow that I climbed. That is a street sign I am standing next to. (I am 5'3.5" to give you an idea of how tall the pile of snow was!). In the last photo, you can see some people trying to go sledding (not very successfully) on an old mattress!
