I am completely, insanely and unreasonably in love with my new Gypsy05 dress!! The silk is so beautiful to wear and the print is beautiful.

Californians will probably already be aware of this brand for it's gorgeous clothing and eco friendly awesomeness! Fabbers- this is the brand for your summer wardrobe!

We spent a couple of weeks in San Francisco and Los Angeles recently. I loved SF with it's multicultural diversity and beautiful bay. We tried star spotting in LA but to no avail, not even on Rodeo Drive....... !

Thanks, everyone! But seriously, this dress is the business!!!!! The high-low hem and bare shoulders scream sexy to me! I haven't been this excited about a dress in, oh, at least four months! (The last time I bought a dress.....)

Bwahahaha, Lantana! We even went to the Universal studios and rode the set tour (fantastic ride btw) without so much as a glimpse of a B grade starlet

Fuzzy - this is a really beautiful dress and it's perfect for you!! I've never heard of that brand. I love the colors, muted, subtle yet striking in effect and really interesting. Talk about score. Plus it's one of the nicest cuts I've seen in a long time. I love halter dresses and elegant ones are impossible to find. The high low hemline is very modern, current but it's making me think of flamenco and tango dresses!! Great dress for a night of latin dance!! Enjoy it!!

... and next time you want to see celebrities when in L.A just go to Blue Plate Oysterette on Ocean Blvd. in Santa Monica on a Sunday around 3pm.

I swear, every time my BF and I have lunch there around that time on the weekends there's always celebrities in there. Must be one of their go-to spots during off hours for lunch with friends or family. (foods awesome, too!)

Leopardluxe- thanks for the restaurant tip- next time! We watched the sun set over Santa Monica pier- so romantic!

Gryffin- oh, I am so in that Latin bar with you! I would have to stick with a basic rumba and perhaps a little shimmy (a little filler move....) but I love to watch the technical brilliance of a fine tango! Or maybe you'll find find on the balcony with a fine Cuban cigar.

The Gypsy05 collection is what I would describe as resort wear with a little relaxed boho edge. Great things for a beach vacay capsule or a place with a relaxed vibe like LA! Lots of prints and light fabrics. I couldn't wear this brand top-to-toe but would happily combine pieces with something to give them a little more structure.

Wow that dress looks like sky over ocean on a stormy day, that and the cut is simply gorgeous with your skin tone and build. (I really like your earrings too!)

Stunning! Of course you're in love. Thanks for sharing the 411 on this dress. Glad you had a great trip to CA. I lived in LA (Pasadena area) and in NJ --- and went into NYC at least weekly. I found star-spotting far easier in NY. Everyone's out on the streets!
