Delurked, kkards, cindysmith, anne, Diana, lisap, Ryce, Isabel, smittie and Rachylou: thank you very much for your words!
Joyce B: thanks too!
"boring casual" is actually a joke about my working dress code (I should'd explained this better). I'm a civilian, but I work for a military police division. They don't require formal clothes on normal days, so I'm supposed to use casual clothes as long as they are not too sporty, too sexy, too girly, too feminine, too manly, too trendy, too cool, too edgy, too stereotypical, too colorful, too flashy, too casual or too something else. Problem is almost everything is "too much", so I started calling this "boring casual dress code" as a joke
[this top is ok with pants, but with skirt it would be too much]
Oscar: I'm flattered - but dressing a curvy figure is actually very difficult. Most things don't really work and even when I find clothes that would work for my figure, they won't fit 9 out of 10 times. On the other hand, when I finally find that 1 thing that fits it usually looks better than fine (and feels like winning the lottery to be honest).
RobinF: it is a very comfortable top indeed (comfort is top priority since I work 12h shifts)
Angie and Joy: Very thanks both of you
Funny thing, I used to feel kind'a weird about peplums, but I've always had a thing for wrapping clothes and when I first saw this top it was love on first sight. In time I figured that I just don't like stiff peplums for myself, but around here most peplum tops are made with stiff fabrics (really don't get this, but Brazilians are not famous for their good sense). Nowadays I like "smooth" peplums - but still think wrap clothes are the curvy girls best friends.
