Sorry for the mix of crappy selfies. I was able to do some trades on call & made it to my friend’s holiday cocktail party.
Because it was a last minute situation I kinda cobbled this together.
Full on statement necklaces are not quite trendy now. But the colors worked so well with my sweater. I wore fake leather leggings.
I wanted to get my hair more spiky, but didn’t quite get it, at one point it was seriously channeling Flock of Seagulls.
Got some compliments on my sweater, though it was pretty warm for a house party. Other guests were a mixture of cocktail attire, including two woman in full vintage 40’s, victory roll hair & all. Holiday sweaters & plain casual.
Unfortunately there were less mutual friends & pretty heavy on the couples. But yay I got out.
ETA, though the hilarious thing is I might play matchmaker for a lesbian now.
