Happy New Year to you all.
I have been away in Melbourne for the week and head back to work tomorrow for three days and then I am on leave until the beginning of Feb. I am well into holiday mode already
So, I am not sure if I will post much in the way of outfits over the next month but will certainly be around for yours
Today is Sunday and we are lazing around the house. As you will see, Nerf Guns are out and I haven't unpacked my case yet but hey... holiday mode!!
I am not sure you could really call this 'style' lol but this is me today. DIY cut off shorts, long draped grey tshirt and bare feet!! May pop out to visit MIL and will wear my birk-a-likes and may pop on my black and white kimono jacket. January tends to be VERY hot here and it is probably the most challenging month of the year for dressing... but I will do my best
DH and I have also made some decisions regarding our weight and fitness and are making some dietary changes that we have seen work very well for my BFF and her husband. I have been following the basic concept for the last 2 months and am feeling great, and now that my general well being has improved, I am now ready to address weight loss so we are both now applying the weight loss principals. My motivator? This year's birthday has a zero on it and I determined to be Fabulous as opposed to flabulous:)
And while I am feeling chatty... my hair has been driving my crazy and I think I have just worked it out this morning. The back and the sides are too long. I think I need to maintain the same style but shorter at the back with more graduation to the length at the front... does that make sense? What do you think? I am pretty sure that earlier in the year when I was loving my hair, it was shorter!
