Today my family went to hear our town orchestra play their holiday music. Our town is super casual, but I wanted to still be "dressed." I put this new Ann Taylor sweater with my polkadotted trousers. Picking up the red in the bow on the front of the sweater, I added a red purse and shoes.
I realllllly wanted to wear my red plaid belt with this. It looked so good! But the buckle was silver and my shoe buckles are pretty darn golden. so change of plans to this rather dull black belt.
When you wear a cape, you end up covering up all your cuteness when you have on a novelty sweater....sigh....
PS I wore a gold earring that had a loop that mimicked the loops of the bows on the top. I'm buggy about details like that!
