I have been looking for a summer uniform top that is:
- breezy (100% cotton)
- NOT stiff (I layer a lot and I hate putting a cardigan over a stiff woven)
- fluid and drapey
- Zoom appropriate (has a collar - no t shirt neck) but still easy enough to wear all day and on the weekend.

As you can imagine, this has been a TALL order. Nothing was right until I discovered these perfect popovers from Core Life at the Bay. Soft, textured 100% cotton with an interesting wide cut that make it a little more stylish to my eye. I ordered them oversized because I am really liking that vibe right now. They are breezy, comfortable and still look good on calls - exactly right. They had them in a lot of colours I enjoy (pastel,ms, neutrals and brights) so I hope these, paired with my EF wide legs or ON shorts, will be my summer uniform!

What do you think? Do these work? I know they might look a little big but o specifically wanted them oversized and breezy.

They are great! They look comfy and breezy. Both colors are very flattering on you. The look good with both shorts and wide leg pants.

Really great! Looks really fluid and not at all stiff. But can you layer a cardi over these?

These look like a great find with the bonus of having colors and neutrals that you like. I find with Zoom meetings I get lots of positive comments if I wear earrings with some shine.

I would have liked to see one size down for comparison, in the event that it may have been sufficiently breezy too....just out of curiosity

I’ve had great good luck with HBC, otherwise known as ‘The Bay’ and they are one of the first places I go looking for matches to ‘Finds’ links that don’t ship to Canada. Excellent shipping and return policies, as far as I’m concerned. Though they don’t carry name brands like The Bay, Simons (with their French Quebec flair) are worth checking out as well.

I like them, think they are from the same fabric Suz has a white shirt? (multiple layers of gauze-love that texture-it makes all the difference-to a plain anything). Particulary love the last 2 outfits, that antique rose is beautifull with browns-cool or warm, and your complexion, too!)
