Here's what I wore last night to a dinner with my friends from the new mums' group I met 5 years ago when I was pregnant. Our last dinner together for some time, and naturally it was emotional.

Throughout ante-natal classes and the following years of our children growing up those ladies were my rocks. We were such a tight-knit group, celebrating Christmases and birthdays together, meeting regularly, even organizing a book club 6 months ago! We were even a study group for one psychology student who did her final thesis on the subject of woman's transition to motherhood. You know how they change the names in such studies? Outfit details: BB button down with pearl brooch, black waistcoat, skinnies, heels, patterned silver/gold threads clutch and long dressy coat. Packing box. Fresh haircut too, I had a emotional good bye with my stylist yesterday too.
