WIW; Going out with the Boyfriend on my anniversary! (for Shannon)

Here are my Gap SBFs styled down for a casual anniversary dinner with DH and DS (because, yes, I dress DOWN for dinner!). I'm wearing them longer with my new boots, because it's raining and icky out. Feedback welcome.

Shannon, I hope you can see how these fit me. They are not right on my hips, because of the higher rise (no coin slot!), but still hang low.

I love the cobalt sweater for a bright colour against the colour of the jeans and they look great with the boots.

Kari, thanks for asking! We actually went to a pretty nice restaurant! We were going to go to our favorite Italian place but they have closed because of tax issues (as we just found out). So we went to a place that is upscale but casual and I had some delicious white king salmon, DS had a burger, and DH had ribs. There's really not many places in Alaska that you can't wear jeans OR dress up as you choose, which is nice.
