Hey guys!

hope all who reads is doing well today! I'm so happy true Fall temps have rolled into my region. The warm days were making me crabby bc I felt they were infringing on my favorite season!

1-2 I'm mentally prepping for holiday travel so am practicing my layers. Yesterday it was cool enough to wear my fun cream and black giraffe scarf. I paired it with a printed blouse. I'd intended on wearing a colored trouser but it didn't look great with the grey military jacket. There's a burgundy cami for warmth and a flash of color as the blouse has a tulip back. Unfortunately, I could not capture a flattering rear shot. Flats are pewter. I was successfully warm and cozy. It was around 40-45 degrees.

3-5 School drop off and Thanksgiving grocery shopping. I found a faux snakeskin belt! It adds a point of interest and I'm loving it. The maroon blouse is layered over a teal cami for warmth and function (I still nurse). Semi-tuck to show belt and zipper detailing. I rolled my hems for a cropped effect over my brown booties and wore brown lace trouser socks. I don't think they showed but they were ready. Popped on a blanket scarf and burgundy Moto for warmth. I was too warm, actually, and lost the scarf after drop off. Temps were in the low 40's so I think this level of layering will be useful as I plan outfits to pack for next month.

Any tips on layering or outfit critique is very welcome! I'm soo late on rolling my jean hems. Did I miss the bus? Are we still doing this? I hope so, lol. I think it's cute.
