Well, it took me a couple of tries but I finally got the Gap linen pants in the correct size, and here they are. The olive is indeed quite green as others have noted but I like that. They are very comfy and relaxed (I took the photos immediately after cutting the tags, but they loosened up (as expected) a little almost immediately. Today I've paired them with a polka dot cami, sheer silk hi-low blouse, and my platform sandals. I copied Ceit and got talls and you can see they are full length, even with some scrunch, so I am happy!
Forecast is for a high of 90 today (ugh) so I made sure it looked OK with just the cami too just in case.
The last photo is from 2005 (in Paris!) and shows me wearing some flared green linen pants that I absolutely loved back then. I wore them until they were falling apart and stained. I am happy to have finally found a substitute after many years (updated for 2013 of course)!
Rory Beca blouse, Uniqlo Airism cami, Gap broken in straight linen pants, and Naot sandals.
