I haven't posted any outfits for a while, because I haven't worn much worth sharing :-/ But today was a day for errands, and I thought I'd post a typical cold weather outfit.
I'm in the high dessert, and the high today was about 40. Very chilly for an L.A. girl like me! So I wore this outfit, which prominently features my favorite hat, and definitely highlights the lumberjack and rock n roll aspects of my style. In fact, while pondering my sartorial choices, I realized something: I'm a little bit more rockstar in the winter, and boho in the summer. For me, these styles are different sides of the same coin, and are seasonally appropriate the way I wear them. Not that it matters, it was just a random thought
Aviator Hat: Paul Leinburd for Crowncap, Gift
Leather Jacket: Unknown brand, Gift
Skull Pin: Gift
White Scarf: Unknown brand, Thrifted
Red Thermal: Gap
Black Skinnies: Gap
Boots: Nine West
On another note, I had a bizarre dream last night! Janet adopted me, and she was an awesome mom who shared her incredible wardrobe... I guess that'll teach me to read forum posts right before bed!
Comments, questions and concerns are welcome! (about the outfit, or otherwise!)
