Thank you, Mona, Deborah, Mochi, Jean, Alicat and IK!
@Isis: You bring up a great point about footwear. I have perforated boots but find the length is awkward with shorts. Maybe a more rugged bootie would work.
@Celia: I’m going to start thinking about whose style I would like to work towards. I’m so impressionable though and I’m attracted to so many different things. My homework this week will be to narrow it down
@AJ: Paper dolls! Ooh, thank you, I love these! The orange shoes look great with the shoulder enhancing top! I think the color helps draw the eye down. I have trouble with belting but will give that a try too. Didn’t consider belts as a structure element--good point! Actually, I don’t mind boho. I just don’t know if it suits me. The crochet piece is just an easy way to add a layer without adding too much warmth--especially when it is hot. I feel kind of nekkid in this dress without a top layer.

Love the new jade dress on you, great shape. I recently picked up a pink dress similar in style to this one from Express.

I think you are too hard on yourself, I adore your style. Your outfits always have something going on, be it in layering, prints, or silouhette (dress one day, shorts the next).

I have been trying to branch out of my own rut and recently picked up a maxi dress (yikes, I'm petite!) and cobalt cropped trousers. I'm in the middle of house purchasing but will try to snap and post picks when I can soon.

Kellygirl,
The outfits ALL look great! You are so good at mixing all the pieces together! I love them all.
