I mentioned on today's blog post that I use a scarf to function as a blindfold against night light - here it is as part of my usual Pyjamas/ Loungewear (& now WFH) outfit.

I have found that cotton or linen scarves that are lightweight & gauzy (almost see-through) work best for being breathable & wrappable without creating uncomfortable bumps when you toss & turn. It also works over silk headwraps or with the silk pillowcase I use to stop my curls from frizzing up overnight.

This isn't a particularly spectacular outfit formula (I'm making do with pants that are a little higher than ankle length & a cardigan that might look too big on me - or is it just structured enough?) But I hope this DIY tip helps anyone else who's struggling to sleep against bright lights but cannot buy new things at this time. Stay safe, everyone!
