WIW for two weeks of work and fun

Posting daily is just not something i can do so here are two weeks. Pics are not the best my curly girl just wants to get them done with quickly.

My formulas:
Topper, casual shirt, black bottom
Flowy top black bottoms
Flowy top chinos/khakis
Dress with topper

Goals: rediscover my fun of dressing. Casual up my cothes to smart casual. I'm Im not getting rid of all my pencil skirts with my new job and toppers are my thing I've come to realize. Figure out my style words

1- 4work photos and in 4 yes that is a duct tape clutch made by daughter for me.
5 fun day i dont work fridays in July. Visiting daughter at her daycamp for family fun day.
Missed a saturday outfit in here but basically the same as day 5 - weekend casual consists of 1 of three shorts - black technical knee length zella shorts, light wash lucky distressed knee length or dark lucky knee length
6 church - like the dress - the shoes were a miss. What shoes should i wear with this dress?
7 later on Sunday was trying on clothes at nordstroms wearing my stupidly awesome good americans. They are worn almost every weekend
8-11 work
10 both pieces over 4 years old
11 high happiness factor with this outfit - then i saw the pucture and not sure i like the shoes.
12-14 family camping trip.
12 a target shirt that i adore and took as one of 5 shirts with me to gautemala. Washes and wears better then many specialized technical/travel shirts i have
13. Okay i was going canoing for the day - not a great pic with my shirt bunched up in the back.
14. Day 3 of family camping - cowboy hat is around somewhere Just wasn't wearing it.

Great outfits. #1 and 3 grab me big time. I love the shoes in #11, great look!

Great work outfits. You have a polished casua style. Love 12 and 14. It's no wonder that target top is a fave. It's perfect on you! I like the neckline detail. The madras dress is very cute--maybe just a lower contrast sandal? There's nothing wrong with the black ones though. The black and white maxi dress is gorgeous--perhaps a silver metallic sandal? Are the ones you're wearing gold? Nice outfits all the way around. It's nice to see your work and casual outfits all in one place!

Looking good! My favourite is the maxi dress + white denim jacket. Could you try a simpler flat metallic sandal?

As far as pictures do what works for your flow. Now what a beautiful style you have. I love all of the toppers but that dress pic 6 is truly an amazing piece. I agree with the shoe choice in 11 still lovely nonetheless

3, 6, and 11 jumped out in my first round but you look fantastic all around.

You look fabulous. Esp gorgeous in pencil skirt #4 and bootcuts #8. I also love your pretty blouse and shoes in #1. Shorts outfits with cowboy hat are super cute. Lower vamp shoes with the madras dress maybe? Birks might look good, if they're allowed to church.

Great outfits! I think I have the same shirt, but in black, as the Target tank in #12. Personally I like all your shoe choices and think you have a great shoe collection. I especially like the black ones in #4 - that outfit looks especially sleek and elegant. You could switch out the black shoes for a warm brown shade to go with the warm colors in the dress, but I like the black you chose.

These are all great, Frannie. I love that dress in 6, and personally I really like the gladiator sandals with it. I wonder if those would also look good with the dress in 11, which, again, I think looks great with the shoes you wore. But I don't know all the available possibilities, so maybe you're wishing you had worn something else. I also love outfit 3; the proportions are really nice, and I like the fun stripey patterns. Your shorts outfits are super cute, too.

You've got some great footwear going on! The black wrap arounds and the gold sandals are wonderful. I quite like #4, #6, and #12.

Nice outfits. Like Shevia, my favorites are 3, 6, and 11. I do like the black sandals with the dress in 6, and the gold ones you wore with your dress in 11, but for variety you could just swap them, or wear the sandals in # 3 with your dress in 6, but they do look fine the way you wore them.

2, 2, 4, 10, 11 have beautifully well done proportions. 3, 6, 14 - just great pieces in my book. And 5 is super spunky. Great stuff.

These are so great it's hard to pick a favorite! I do particularly like #4, 6, 10 and 11 though. I like the cage sandals with the dress in 6 but agree you could try some in a lighter neutral to see if you like that better. Love all your work outfits.
