A gorgeous day. Met up with a friend for high tea at Seattle's Queen Mary Tea Room. I wore a cobalt blue and coral watercolor/tie dye print fit and flare dress with ruched shoulders and a nice V neck, paired with a double strand of coral beads and silver sandals.
As a change from my beloved emerald specs, I'm wearing my bronze titanium racecar-inspired pair that is bright chartreuse on the inside of the frames.
Tonight we have an informal reception celebrating the marriage of two friends who recently got hitched in a private international ceremony, so this dress will carry me through the day. I'll be overdressed tonight, but who cares; they're used to Kari=dresses.
