Two days ago it hit 90 degrees. Today it’s raining and 50. Looks like we traded weather with Seattle! Ah well, a good excuse to wear jeans and break out a jacket again.
I ran out for a couple of errands today and stopped in a favorite boutique for a look around. No masks required for vaccinated folks! It was so oddly normal!
Veronica Beard jersey button-front shirt worn with COH Emerson jeans, which need a belt unless I want them sliding down — I may have them taken in, but I’m waiting until the fall, after I see if my size changes, as my clothes are starting to fit a little looser due to my efforts to watch my eating more carefully.
The belt is many years old — I think I got it in NYC — Dolce Vita boots, and Minkoff backpack. The ring is from an African artisan in a pop up store in NYC a couple of years ago; earrings from the BMA museum shop.
I put on my old favorite blue leather moto but felt a little too warm, and the rain started pouring, so I switched to the teal Burberry instead. And it was cool enough that I actually put on a hat! Weird weather!
