Trying another one of Angie's ensemble. I wore this outfit for a very casual dinner with family last evening (I mean I was quite over dressed!).
Gray is not a very flattering color on me. But when I paired it with white, suddenly the outfit came alive! One of my style goals this year is to add some more white pieces into my wardrobe. A structured jacket, tailored pant and a pencil skirt and pumps are on the list. This white shirt is a recent purchase (and my first!). Although not the perfect button down, I will have to make do until I find the right one.
I am wearing a white fluid shirt (more about it in another post) and fluid lightweight dark gray sweater with leather like trims. I paired them with my boyfriends and navy heeled oxfords. I added my green tote for some pop of colour. I was warm yet not overly so in this outfit which was perfect for our 20 C weather. Does this all work together? What do you think?
