Hi all

I posted previously about some floral boots I was, er, thinking about buying. I was determined to continue just thinking about them until Caro responded that she had already ordered the very same boots and, BTW, here is a photo. They were so fab, I had to have them. Thanks Caro!

But now that they have arrived I am a little intimidated by them. I love the pattern. And the high, narrow shaft. But it's funny how a pattern that I can find so appealing in a top or bag is a little scary in shoes. They make me feel a bit like Wonder Woman. But, then again, there are worse comparisons.

I am currently on leave from work and wore them for an outing today with my DH. I wore them with my cropped jeans. I am also still getting used to the jeans. They are loose and get looser during the day. I thought that, despite the floral, the outfit looked a bit tomboyish. But I didn't mind it. The boots did get a few glances on the train. Or maybe it was the jeans!

As usual, any thoughts or feedback much appreciated.

Pics 1 and 2: cropped Rag and Bone jeans, Karen Millen space dye jumper, Gestuz jacket, Django and Juliette floral boots, Faith patchwork bag, Samantha Wills necklace. Lots of pattern here (for me!)
Pic 3: did I really buy these boots?
Pic 4: without the jacket.
