I know everyone talks about bookending but 1. I can hardly ever find shoes to fit so end up with black or black and 2. i was starting to get concerned that a light shoe on the end of generous me would chop things up. Then, I found these little beauties - a cute 'chunky' loafer that are 1. in a light colour to go with my hair and 2. have proportions that work with my bones... I only take them off so they don't get wet... What do you think? I could be hooked! Now do I need to get a bag to tone lighter as well so that you get the 3 hits of shoe, bag, hair? BTW, as with the jackets I am spoilt wiht choice on shoes - look at the selection I am deciding between.. the little pointy toe sling backs also come in off white so I could do an angie with the pointy toe look AND bookend? of course this style perches on my frame but could be ok under trousers? PS isn't it funny that I can find things that work in a town about 35 miles from where my ancestors, both sides, originate from...
