Today is the first really cold day of the season-- high temperatures are supposed to stay right around freezing. Getting dressed this morning was harder than it has been for years. Nothing in my wardrobe seemed warm enough. I feel like I'm having a wardrobe crisis. I know I need some key new pieces if I'm going to be able to put together great warm outfits this winter but I'm not sure which pieces will be most important. Further, budget is a major issue as I typically try not to spend on myself during the holiday season so I can use that money on gifts for others.
Here's what I came up with. I managed to layer a wool base layer under my blouse so I can stay warm as I have not yet adjusted to cold weather.
