My favourite festival Diwali is this coming weekend. Celebrations and get-togethers with friends start earlier though, with good food, parties, card games and general good vibes

These are a couple of outfits that I wore last weekend for parties we were invited to. Also ties in to the accessories challenge, since I haven't worn the jewellery here in a while! The clothes are new since I usually buy something during this festival.

#1-3 - Black kurti and wide palazzos (very different for me). Wore with the first few buttons open and a tube underneath; just as a twist to the semi traditional #2 is my necklace which I haven't worn in ages. I think it worked well with this? #3 Some foot bling. Got out my sparkly toe rings and silver 'payals' (anklets).

#4-6 - New bottle green outfit. A colour I don't have! Green usually looks terrible on me, but I couldn't resist the print #5 Big earrings which were gifted to me a few years ago. #6 Changed up the foot bling with gold sandals and gold disc anklets.
