In all my new Thrifted red tops, I'm feeling pretty festive.

Here's two renditions, from yesterday and today.

#1-2: I think this is becoming a favorite casual formula for me: graphic Tee, jacket and jeans. Unfortunately, the back view (#2) shows that either I need a longer jacket or a closer-fitting tee for this one to work. This one is my recent acquisition, it's red velvet, very warm and comfy, and I think could work with the right outfit. Suggestions? I think it fits me properly (do you think so?), but obviously something isn't working in the outfit.... The waist of the jacket is too high with the waist of the tee-jeans, right?

#3-4: This red sweater is really festive looking to me (and it was under a buck!). I'm wearing it with a black scarf, because my black turtleneck looked weird to me (the neck is a funny shape), and black pants and black boots. Does it go this way? I wonder if I should add a black bracelet. Also, the arms seem a tiny bit short - are they? I should just scrunch the sleeves..... I should try putting this sweater over my chambray shirt too....

Feedback? Especially, how can I make the jacket in #1-2 look right?
