My outfit today. I am WFH today, but I slipped out over lunch to get my hair done (desperately needed) and then made a quick stop to check out some jeans. Though I am pretty much all set there now.....hmmm.... Okay, truthfully, I popped in the store so I could deliberately photograph my outfit for you fabulous forum dwellers.

Vince ombre cashmere sweater
7's Kimmie jeans
Impo blue suede booties
MK snake skin hobo
Scarf I bought last spring, forget where.

Style notes... the Jeans first:

These jeans are SUPER comfy. They have a lot of stretch but magically bounce back and you can feel them bounce back with every step. I am all about how things feel, not just how they look. These are 9 inch rise. I did not try these in any other size, they are 27 so for me they're "sized up." Maybe they are supposed to be more fitted but I was aiming for a relaxed look. Did not roll them because it was too cold, but they do roll/cuff quite nicely and look cute that way too.

The sweater: soooo incredibly cozy! I can't wait to wear this with white jeans soon. Also works with dark wash jeans. And will work with the new skirt too. What I love about this sweater is that it works great for work AND casual, all depends on how i style it. I can wear it with skinnies but today I was aiming for a comfy, volume-on-volume look. Looking at the pics, I suppose it adds pounds and I certainly have more flattering outfits, but I wanted to play with the baggy/oversized look and see if I could get the proportions right., not easy when you're only 5'0! What do you all think?

Not shown, I wore the Bernardo metallic puffer over this, it is a blush shade of metallic (see other WiW's). I was trying to figure out what scarf would work -- to contrast with all the blue -- I settled on this scarf primarily because it has some pastel shades in it that seemed to work well with the puffer.

Handbag & booties: am not quite yet ready to break out the optic white handbag, the blush handbag is too matchy / matchy for the puffer, so I settled on the snake skin, which then dictated blue suede booties as the obvious choice. When it gets warmer I could do white or blush bag, with snakeskin flat booties.

New haircut: Is VERY blonde... because she used a clear glaze. It'll tone down in a few days.
