@rachylou Thanks!
@shevia Aww I've never been called chic before, thank you!
@cindysmith Thank you. I like the purple & yellow too, mostly because it doesn't rely on neutrals (I used to never wear black at all, because I thought it looked draining on me, but now I wear it but just not near my face lol). Should get back into head to toe colours soon!
@AJ Lol the short story is that I don't! My hair was a little easier to manage when it was long, because the weight would pull it down (causing less frizz). But I'm still getting used to looking after short curls in humidity. I currently just use a little product each day to hold it in place a bit (I'm trying to go low poo, & therefore avoid harsh ingredients like sulphates & parabéns, so I use some of the eco chic Giovanni products to clarify shampoo my hair once a week, then co-wash my hair & only comb it when it's wet. I have a little Aveda oil that I spritz on in the mornings to keep my bedhead in check, but I'm still figuring it out for now lol - any tips?).
@Mainelady Yes, colour makes me happy - glad I could make you happy too!
@jussie & @torontogirl Thank you - even if I'm not feeling particularly playful, joyful, bold or exuberant in the mornings, dressing in colour can help me fake it till I make it lol! Some of the outfits here look like they have black as a neutral base but actually it's navy blue (my camera just isn't very good with dark colours, lol). I'm trying to find my footing with black again, since I used to have a chocolate brown bag & boots that I wore a lot before (& am therefore used to bookending with brown instead of black).
@staysfit & @kate Thank you!
@smittie Lol it's OK - not everything in life can fit into neat little alliteration, after all! Yes, I think bombshell can work for maybe date night or parties, but it would still have to be with colour, so I don't know how 'bombshell' that is after all, lol!
@Katerina Thank you - that's quite a compliment, coming from the queen of chic accessories!
