WiW: Feb Challenge part 2

I am trying to wear some less worn pieces this month.

I like this green and white top but it’s not a go to. It’s hot right now and I thought I’d try it with my cargo pants, elevated with pointy flats for a casual Friday at work. It feels like a good colour palette for a warm day.

The top has had 13 wears in about 12 months, the trousers and shoes have both had 14 in less than 12 months. So maybe they are worn more than I think!!

I like the top, Sally! And like how you've dressed up the cargos with pointy toed shoes. I think that sounds like a respectable number of wears so far, for sure, and the top at least will not date at all, so you're bound to get more wear from it over time.

Echoing the other comments! I really like that color green on you, and the green in the top/shoes really seems to add a dynamism to the outfit that feels "you".

Great colors for a warm day. And the green pointy toe flats add a nice pop of color and really tie together the entire outfit. Lovely!

Such a good combo! It really says spring, with those grassy colors in the top, and the shoes are the color of new leaves.

I think that’s a good amount of wears for both. Better than my jacket.

Thanks - when I counted I thought that actually I have worn it more than I thought I had. It’s funny how perception can be different than reality.

I like this summer outfit Sal! Looks cool (as in temperature). The shoes make it interesting imo. Love those shoes. So true about actual counts vs perception.

Thanks Star. I would have estimated lower for these pieces - except for the shoes. It's probably a good sign that I am not sick of them yet!

Very pretty outfit, I love the light colors and the unexpected shoes. I think that your numbers of wears are good (in average you wear a piece at least once a month - not bad!).

I love this refreshing look, especially the shoes! And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with owning things you don’t wear every week or even month.

Fab outfit! The top is so pretty. Maybe it's not as bold as some of the patterns you reach for more often? It's lovely on you, though, and it works so well with these other pieces. Reminds me of a formula Angie posted a long time ago called "Utility Pretty." You've nailed the look, and it seems a natural for you.
