I’m finally getting to post my new flared jeans. I had them hemmed for PPP with high heels and asked that the hem be 2” wide, like the original hem. I felt strongly about this as I think it keeps more with the integrity of the flared design. I am lucky to have a good tailor – he really listens to me, he normally doesn’t hem pants as long as he hems them for me Worn with platform wedges (!)
Then there’s my Favorite Belt. DH used to drive a Mustang when we were a’courting, so once I found this belt (officially licensed by Ford, bought via Amazon and still available) I had to have it and he gifted it to me. I’ve had it for quite a few years. It thrills me to no end that it is a Seat Belt. The clicking sound when I close it is so reassuring, I feel safe and loved
