WIW evening out with friends - YouLookFab Forum

We went to a BBQ at my son's school this evening, which was lovely, but a little chilly.

I wore my Zara coat, for the first time in a few months, white shirt, tan belt and shoes. I enjoy these colours, but for my next jeans, I want to get a less fitted style, and would like to try boyfriend style, or those with a hem longer at the back than the front. ( In photo 2 I'm looking ridiculously serious but I didn't have my glasses with me, so didn't realise until I looked just now!)

Later in the evening, we met some dear friends unexpectedly, in our home town, for a second supper. I popped on a Karen Millen scarf for warmth. Do you think the pattern mixing is okay?

Photo 2 is a photo of Bryony and I, and we both enjoy chatting about fashion and makeup. I'm hoping that she may join the forum!

Thank you Crazyone and Shedev, I am glad you like the pattern mix. The scarf is part of my matchy matchy outfit mix, as I have a bag and cardigan to match (inspired by Natalie!).

Thank you Angie, your comment on it complementing my skin colour makes me feel very good! I am going to try and use it more in my colours.

Byrony is tall, but I am quite short! We did wonder if I should stand on a step when we took the photo!
