Angie's outfit yesterday (linked above with the new feature!) inspired me to put together my own equestrian-inspired look with my plaid riding jacket and Blondo boots. This jacket is no Smythe but has a similar vibe. I thought the moto jeans with their seaming went surprisingly well with the equestrian elements.
Today's blog post also made me realize that I was being silly wanting to wait until the weather was better to avoid getting snow/slush on my new handbag. This is Boston - there will be the potential for snow and slush until April and then there will be rain! So why not just break out the new bag now? Anyway, this is a Longchamp Quadri bag that I snagged at the New Year's sale at Neiman Marcus. I really like how my other red leather bag looks with a lot of outfits but it's too small for work. This one is the perfect size and is my favorite semi-structured hobo shape. It's made of a lovely lightweight leather with a distinctive cross-hatch pattern.
