I bought these mary janes circa 2006. It's not that I don't like them, but their quirkiness has always made me feel self conscious. It didn't help that none of my friends like them (even a little student made fun of them once!!). But this is as near as I'll ever be to wearing ballet flats. I just can't do the low vamp open shoe style. I guess I'll never be an Audrey Hepburn copycat!
I actually kinda like them in this simple outfit. Do you?
